“Count Every Vote” Billboard Campaign

Today, Republicans for the Rule of Law (RRL) has launched a billboard campaign across the battleground state of Pennsylvania to uphold the election laws and protect their integrity, going live immediately. The billboard simply reads, “Count Every Vote,” with an image of a billowing American flag in the background. This stands to serve as an important reminder at a time when Pennsylvania’s vote may be the key to deciding the presidential race, and the count has been slowed by an unprecedented amount of mail-in ballots and the president’s calling for a stop to the count.

There are more than 100 live digital billboards across Pennsylvania, running daily for the next several days with the potential for a further expansion. The majority of the billboards will run in the Philadelphia market, including a prominent double digital display on Market Street in Center City. Other top markets include Pittsburgh, Allentown, Harrisburg, Reading, Scranton, York, and Erie.

“This is Civics 101,” said Sarah Longwell, strategic director of RVAT. “First the candidates make their cases to the people and ask for their votes. Then the people vote. Then the votes are counted to determine who won the election. It has worked for over 200 years, and there’s no reason to change it now.”
